多錘開繊装置では、同時に複数の開繊を行うことにより、開繊糸の大量生産、UD開繊シートの製作が可能になります。開繊に必要な条件の１つである低張力制御は、原理的には１錘開繊装置と同じですが、機構的に異なるため、現時点での最高速度は5m/minとなっています。一般的な12K CF（炭素繊維）を使用した場合での、参考標準仕様は以下の通りです。仕様変更については、ご相談に応じております。
・対象繊維： 炭素繊維 12K – 50K
・開繊幅： 20mm(12K) – 50mm(50K)
・巻取： 個別リール巻、UDシート巻（12K, 20mm x 50本の場合1000mm)
・加工速度： 5m/min (開繊幅、本数による)
・開繊段数： 原糸特性、開繊幅、開繊速度により決定
仕様、価格は、開繊幅、速度等により変動致します。
In Multi Spread Machine, mass production of spread tows, the production of UD spread tow sheet are enabled by performing plural spread at the same time. The hypotonicity force control that is the one of the conditions that are necessary for spread is the theoretically same as Single Spread Machine, but the present maximum speed is 5m/min since the mechanical structure is different.
